The operator of the online store aquamob.eu, D4 WEB d.o.o., is obliged to protect the personal data of its users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (No. 122/2013 Coll.). For trading purposes, aquamob.eu collects the following user data: For the purposes of providing its services, the merchant offers, collects, manages, processes and stores the following user data:

  • delivery addresses;
  • company name, or the name of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
  • tax number of a legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
  • e-mail address (username);
  • contact telephone number;
  • country of residence;
  • other data that the user voluntarily enters into forms in the online store;

The Merchant is not responsible for the truthfulness, completeness and timeliness of information provided by users. For the purposes of maintaining security, the IP addresses from which users visit the website are also collected. Each user is assigned a cookie for identification and shopping cart tracking when visiting the site. Among other things, aquamob.eu may store other cookies on your computer, such as: cookies of the Google Analytics system (analysis of website traffic). All the above data, with the exception of cookies, are permanently stored on the aquamob.eu server. Cookies are stored in the server’s memory for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. Persistent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer. The operator of aquamob.eu can use the data in an anonymous summary form for the purposes of statistical analysis. under no circumstances will aquamob.eu provide user data to unauthorized persons. One (free) copy of personal data in the format I specify (if the request is provided by electronic means of communication and is not otherwise required, a copy will be provided in electronic form). For additional copies that I request, the operator may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account costs.
Correction of inaccurate personal data.
